About the role

We're growing fast towards our Series A — and we want the world to see how we work, who we are, and why sales teams love our product. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Community Manager to own our presence on Instagram and TikTok end to end: from the idea, to the camera, to the edit, to the comments section. You'll be the creative engine behind our short-form video content and the voice of Enginy with our online community.

This is a maker role. You won't be briefing an agency — you'll be scripting, filming, editing, and publishing yourself, testing what works and doubling down fast.

You'll own the content loop end-to-end:

Idea → script → shoot → edit → publish → community → learnings

What you'll own

• Ideation — build and own a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok; spot trends, formats, and sounds early and adapt them to Enginy's brand and B2B audience


• Filming — plan and shoot short-form videos: product moments, behind-the-scenes, founder/team content, event coverage, and educational clips for sales professionals


• Editing — produce polished, scroll-stopping edits (CapCut, Premiere, or similar): captions, hooks, transitions, sound design


• Publishing & growth — manage posting cadence, optimize hooks/captions/hashtags, and use analytics to iterate on what performs


• Community — respond to comments and DMs, engage with relevant creators and accounts, and build genuine relationships with our audience


• Collaboration — work with Marketing, Sales, and the founders to turn company milestones, customer stories, and product launches into engaging content


• Reporting — track growth, engagement, and content performance; share learnings and recommendations monthly

About you

• 1–3+ years creating short-form video content for a brand, agency, or your own channels — with results you can show us


• Strong on-camera comfort and storytelling instincts: you know how to hook someone in the first 2 seconds


• Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)


• Deep, native fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture, trends, and algorithms


• Experience managing a community: fast, on-brand, human responses


• Fluent Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)


• Self-starter energy: you thrive with ownership, ship fast, and learn from data

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, or tech companies


• Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva) for static posts and carousels


• Photography skills


• Experience with LinkedIn content or employer branding


• A personal account or portfolio that's grown organically
