Description of the role
You will create bilingual (German & English) B2B marketing content that supports the management and sales teams to assist our plans for growth, elevates our reputation, and helps customers understand the value of our Company.
Your work will power our Corporate branding, Website, HubSpot campaigns, case studies, and internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- Write and localise German and English B2B content: Corporate slide decks, blogs, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and press releases.
- Proactively drive customer reference development and collaborate with sales to build a library of case studies.
- Support event marketing (ISE, Innovation Day, workshops) with promotional copy and follow-up materials.
- Create internal communication assets that strengthen alignment and company culture.
- Manage and publish content within HubSpot CMS, ensuring SEO performance and accurate tracking of engagement.
- Design and adapt visuals using Canva or Figma; Adobe experience is a plus but not required.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, quality, and accessibility across all communication channels.
Requirements for the role
- German (C1/native) and English (fluent) — excellent writing, editing, and localisation skills.
- 3–5 years experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS/CRM, marketing automation workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with SEO, KPI tracking, and optimising content for lead generation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable with design tools, industry software and content creation platfroms.
- Experience in technology, AV, or workplace solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-driven, organised, and excited to build content from the ground up.
