What You'll Do

• Make a real impact by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines.

• Help maintain a positive online space by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful material.

• Collaborate with supportive teams to enhance moderation strategies and keep the platform safe for everyone.

What We're Looking For

• C2 level of German and strong English skills

• A genuine passion for social media, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset

• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a big plus

• Completed secondary education (ESO/High School or higher) is required

• A stable 38.5h/week contract with fixed shifts and two days off per week

• Flexible schedule: choose between morning (from 8am to 4pm) or afternoon (from 4pm to 12am) shifts
