Tus tareas

The ideal candidate has passion and proven experience in basketball/sports video making, storytelling, strong technical skills in video editing, and producing engaging digital content for social media platforms.

Key responsabilities

Lead on the video side of EuroLeague social media - set the standard in regards to feel and look of the video assets published across all platforms
Edit and produce high-quality video content for EuroLeague’s digital platforms, including highlights, social media clips, interviews, and promotional materials.
Enhance storytelling through dynamic editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook) by optimizing formats, aspect ratios, and runtimes.
Manage the content by ensuring all video assets are utilized efficiently by social media, and marketing teams to create engaging videos that align with the league’s branding and communication strategy.
Organize video assets, including footage from EuroLeague and EuroCup games, behind-the-scenes content, and archival material.
Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to ensure content remains innovative and engaging.
Work under tight deadlines

Tu perfil

2+ year experience in a similar role in sports (Freelance, team, league, media)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what type of content performs best on each.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of basketball and the EuroLeague competition is a big plus.
Motion graphics & sound design skills are a big bonus.
Flexible work schedule - weekends and evenings availability required
Fully fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, Turkish are a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in day-to-day tasks.
Team player with a collaborative approach, open to sharing and adapting ideas.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable working with diverse teams.
Positive attitude, open to constructive feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
High level of integrity, discretion, and alignment with Euroleague Basketball values.
