The role
We are seeking a junior finance professional to join our Finance Controlling team, combining financial knowledge with advanced skills in process automation. This role is designed for someone who can deliver accurate controlling and M&A support, while also shaping smarter and more efficient ways of working through modern tools. By bridging financial insight with process excellence, you will directly contribute to better decision-making and operational agility.

Key activities
 

• Execute core controlling responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, and month-end closing.
• Support M&A projects by structuring financial data, assisting with integration, and preparing high-quality decision materials.
• Contribute to enhance reporting consistency and scalability.
• Develop automation solutions and lightweight applications (Power Apps, Power Automate) to optimize recurring finance processes.
• Contribute to build dashboards and report and identify opportunities that transform complex financial data into actionable insights for management.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the controlling function.

Your profile
 

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or transaction-related roles (M&A exposure is an advantage).
• Strong Excel and data modelling skills.
• Desireble practical experience with automation tools (VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code platforms).
• Solid understanding of finance processes, with the ability to translate business needs into streamlined solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset, a structured working style, and excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in information security
