You'll be the first point of contact when our customers need assistance on the road, working closely with our Rostock team to provide world-class service by phone and email. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

As a breakdown assistance technician, you'll receive damage and breakdown reports from our customers by phone and independently coordinate all necessary measures, such as arranging a towing company. You'll organize replacement vehicles, forward breakdowns to the manufacturer within the scope of mobility, and assist our customers with any questions regarding the above-mentioned topics.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.

• You are passionate about customer service and enjoy providing support and solutions to clients.

• You bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role.

• You are familiar with MS Office tools and comfortable working with digital systems.

• You thrive in a remote work environment and are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and always focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
