Corporate Quality Systems & Standards Manager - Global Scope | Hybrid Work Model

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Quality Systems & Standards Manager to lead the definition, deployment, and governance of Roca Group's global Quality Management System (QMS).
This strategic role will ensure alignment of quality systems, technical standards, and processes across our 78 factories and global footprint, driving standardization, digitalization (SAP QM), and optimization of Total Cost of Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Define and govern the Corporate Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 across all plants.
Ensure consistent deployment and execution of quality systems across 78 factories worldwide.
Lead digitalization and system integration initiatives, particularly SAP QM, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Define and maintain global technical standards, ensuring alignment with customer and market expectations.
Drive reporting, analytics, and maturity assessment of quality performance across plants.
Lead continuous improvement frameworks and initiatives across operations.
Define and deploy Total Cost of Quality (TCoQ) framework, driving reduction of cost of poor quality.
Lead global implementation of core quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plans).
Ensure quality integration in New Product Launch (NPL), including quality gates and approvals.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements across regions.
Build global quality capabilities through training and system deployment.
Internal & External Relationships

You will work closely with the Corporate Quality Director, Regional and Plant Quality Managers, and cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, IT).

Profile description:

What We're Looking For
* 8-12+ years of experience in Quality Systems roles within global manufacturing environments.
* Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and SAP QM.
* Proven experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP).
* Background in durable goods, automotive, or discrete manufacturing (ceramics/mechanical engineering is a plus).
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive standardization at scale.
* Fluent English required.
* Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
