As Country Sales Leader in Spain (you'll be based in Madrid), you’ll be the architect of our local presence. You’ll own the commercial strategy, build a high-performing team, and localise our global playbook to meet the unique needs of the Spanish market. 


What You’ll Do:



  • Own the commercial growth of SharkNinja in Spain, with full P&L accountability 



  • Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional local team (sales, operations, and support) 



  • Act as our brand ambassador in Spain, engaging with customers, partners, and key public stakeholders 



  • Localise global strategies to ensure commercial success in the Spanish market 



  • Work closely with regional and global teams (Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to align priorities and unlock opportunities 



  • Ensure all local operations are fully compliant with Spanish regulatory and legal requirements 



  • Foster a strong, inclusive team culture built on Shark Ninja’s core values 



  • Report directly to the Managing Director of Spain and Italy  


 


What You'll Bring:



  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership or general management, ideally in a fast-growing consumer goods or tech business 



  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market landscape and customer behavior 



  • Proven success in scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams 



  • A rare mix of strategic vision and operational grit – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves 



  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment 



  • Fluent in English and Spanish
