About the role
We're looking for a native English-speaking Midweight Copywriter to join our creative team in Barcelona.

This role sits at the intersection of social-first storytelling, brand campaigns, and product communication. You'll be equally comfortable crafting sharp social copy, developing campaign platforms, building full-funnel narratives, and translating product claims into ideas people actually care about.

You'll have a strong understanding of beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle culture, with an instinct for what feels relevant today without chasing every trend. You know how to balance creativity with commercial effectiveness, turning product truths and claims into engaging stories, headlines, and campaign concepts.

What you'll do

  • Develop creative concepts and copy across social, digital, and integrated campaigns, while supporting senior creatives in the development of larger campaign ideas and brand platforms.
  • Create social-first ideas, content series, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Write campaign headlines, scripts, manifests, product messaging, and launch communications.
  • Transform technical product claims into clear, compelling consumer-facing narratives.
  • Partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client teams.
  • Contribute to both always-on content and larger campaign initiatives.
  • Support creative development across paid, owned, earned, and occasionally OOH channels.
  • Stay connected to emerging cultural conversations, consumer behavior, and creative trends.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, brand, or content environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both campaign & product thinking + social content.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between short-form content and bigger brand ideas.
  • Strong understanding of product communication, claims, and benefit-led storytelling.
  • Sharp conceptual thinking and exceptional writing skills.
  • Familiarity with integrated campaigns and digital ecosystems.
  • A strong interest in culture, trends, internet behavior, and contemporary storytelling formats.
  • Bonus: experience with OOH, influencer campaigns, creator-led content, or AI-assisted creative workflows.

Languages

  • Native English speaker.
  • Any other languages are a plus.
