Creative Lead/Strategy – Paid Acquisition

We are looking for a data-driven, high-agency Creative Lead/Strategist to run our performance ad engine onsite in Barcelona. Leading a team of Video Editors, Designers, and AI Artists, you will direct creative strategy for a 7-figure annual ad spend where asset velocity is our primary lever for growth. Your mission is to build a high-volume testing pipeline that turns performance data directly into qualified leads, pipeline, and closed deals.

What you'll do

• Lead a high-output creative team of video editors, designers, and AI artists.
• Write creative briefs, scripts, and direct the video editing process.
• Build a fast system to ship dozens of ad variations weekly – scaling winners and killing losers fast.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the production workflow to speed up testing.
• Own creative data – tracking which ads drive qualified leads and deals to optimize the pipeline alongside performance marketers.
• Track social trends and partner with local teams to adapt and localize winning formats.

About you

• 5+ years in creative direction or multimedia production with a conversion-first mindset.
• Experience leading creative teams to ship dozens of ad variations weekly for 7-figure annual ad spend accounts.
• Analytically sharp – you read dashboards, spot patterns, and turn data into hypotheses independently.
• Skilled at writing briefs and scripts, while effectively directing the video editing process.
• Active trend-watcher – constantly analyzing the social landscape (ads, organic content, creators) to spot winning formats early.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools and workflows.
• Fluent in English
