Our client is seeking a highly organised, exceptionally creative, and proactive Creative Marketing & Project Coordinator to join their very accomplished marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the strategy, creation, and flawless execution of their marketing plans, ensuring that the  brand maintains its position as the market leader in Marbella. The successful candidate will bring a background in luxury, a deep understanding of current trends, including AI, and a relentless commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities

The core focus of this role is to be the engine behind their marketing success, ensuring they are not only meeting goals but setting new standards for the industry.

Requirements

The successful  candidate  must have  a heavy project background and be strategic and creative.

·         3-5 years in a Marketing or Operations role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and workflows within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

·         Demonstrable experience in creating marketing plans from strategy through to execution.

·         Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in marketing.

·         Exceptional proficiency with Asana.

·         Working knowledge of design principles and comfort with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva/Figma) for overseeing and assisting with visual execution.

Package

Office based in Marbella

Contracted position with a salary of circa €1,800 net  per month depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
