Creative Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with experience in digital and social-first environments, able to transform audience insights, cultural trends and business objectives into powerful creative strategies for the brand.

Someone with strategic vision, strong creative sensibility and the ability to translate data, platform behaviors and cultural signals into content territories, narratives and briefs that inspire creative teams and drive business impact.

What will your mission be?

To transform business objectives, audience insights and the evolution of the social ecosystem into creative strategies that shape our brand’s content, ensuring every proposal is relevant, platform-native and aligned with business priorities.

What are we looking for?

• Around 4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.


• Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem, particularly platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.


• Ability to transform data, audience insights and cultural trends into creative strategies.


• Experience developing content strategies and defining creative territories.


• Ability to prepare clear, inspiring and actionable creative briefs.


• Strategic mindset combined with strong creative sensibility.


• Understanding of brand strategy, content strategy and the digital funnel.


• Ability to connect business objectives with communication opportunities and creative ideas.


• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.


• High level of English, as some meetings and collaborations are conducted in this language.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into social-first creative strategies.


• Collaborate with the Monitoring & Insights team to turn learnings into strategic opportunities.


• Define content territories, creative platforms, communication angles and social narratives.


• Develop creative briefs for content teams, videomakers and Creative Specialists.


• Create concept cards, creative principles and platform-specific guidelines.


• Advise teams on platform evolution, formats, audience behaviors and emerging cultural trends.


• Ensure creative ideas respond to audience needs, business objectives and brand positioning.


• Support the strategic definition of content calendars, establishing priorities, themes and key moments.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and digital behaviors.


• Experience developing content and creative strategies for digital and social-first channels.


• Strong briefing, storytelling and strategic thinking skills.


• Understanding of content performance metrics and the digital funnel.


• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
