About the role
You will join our CRM operations team as one of four specialists reporting to the Operations Lead. Together, the team drives repeat visits and customer lifetime value for our millions of customers across Europe. You will work closely with the CRM Planning, CRM Tech, and local commercial teams.
Your work directly impacts how millions of customers experience our brand through email. By executing and reporting on campaigns, you help us stay connected with people and celebrate their memories.
How you embrace curiosity daily
Set up and deploy email campaigns from start to finish, including target building and scheduling.
Monitor and report on campaign performance to find new ways to grow revenue.
Run campaign forecasting and update these forecasts regularly.
Look for opportunities to personalize campaigns and grow our mailable customer base.
Work with the CRM Tech team daily to make our operational processes better.
Try new ideas by executing test and learn strategies with the planning team.

What you bring to the team
Experience working in CRM within an e-commerce environment.
Strong experience designing and running email campaigns in an ESP.
Analytical skills and a natural comfort working with customer data.
Proven ability to generate performance reports and handle forecasting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and a desire to collaborate.
