The challenge

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey regarding orders and claims. Acting as a proactive link between departments, the role ensures quick resolutions, accurate information flow, and administrative support to the sales team, all while maintaining Haier’s commitment to customer excellence.

What you will do

  • Order & Claims Management: Manage the full circuit of customer inquiries, including stock availability, pricing, delivery incidents, and credit note requests.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments (Logistics, Sales, Finance) to ensure fast and accurate responses.

  • System Proficiency: Monitor order status in the system (SAP) to provide real-time updates to customers on their process stage.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Resolve complaints directly or escalate as needed, maintaining a proactive approach to prevent recurring issues.

  • Product Expertise: Attend continuous product training to assist customers with technical clarifications or suggest substitute models during stock shortages.

  • Relationship Building: Foster customer loyalty by listening to feedback and suggestions, translating these insights into internal improvements.

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the commercial team regarding billing info and order history.

What you need to succeed

  • Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Profile Attributes: Resilient, empathetic, and highly organized. Must have a strong "customer-first" mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

  • Team Integration: Support the Order Desk team during peak campaign periods while maintaining a dedicated focus on the customer service inbox.
