Customer service and sales in Spanish and English

We are an electricity supplier with over 10 years’ experience in the sector.

We have a vacancy for a customer service and sales role. We are looking for an organised person with a professional manner and good communication skills who enjoys working as part of a team.

The role is based in our offices in Fuengirola, Málaga, and involves working on site from Monday to Friday, 10.00–14.00.

Tasks

• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs in order to resolve them and ensure their satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and issues: set up new contracts, update customers’ personal details, send invoices or grant access to the customer portal, amongst other tasks.
• Organise and file customer documentation as appropriate.
• Collect payments from customers visiting the office.
• Contact potential customers to offer them our services

Requirements

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
• Advanced English is essential.
• A keen desire to learn and excellent communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
