That's why we need you. The purpose of the customer satisfaction follow-up call is to gauge the client’s experience, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. By actively listening to their feedback , we aim to strengthen our relationship with the client and identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a position for ambitious, service-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented people who put Ford's customers first. If you are motivated, communicate well, and can think analytically, you may be the ideal candidate for this position!
