We are looking for 
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.


Your role in BizAway
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
     
Your basic qualifications
  • Fluent in English and German
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

  • Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
  • Any other language is a plus
