The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist L1, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, providing technical assistance and ensuring an excellent service experience.
You will handle incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary, contributing to a high-quality, customer-focused support operation.
