Descripción del trabajo - Customer Support Representative

· Address and resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), delivering outstanding service in every interaction.
· Manage cases in the CRM system, including ticket resolution and data logging.
· Provide specialized support to our customers.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer journey throughout the process.
· Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving processes and services.We are looking for a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in Spain. Our primary focus is ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process, from the initial contact to the resolution of any issues. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and Italian, with knowledge of Portuguese being highly valued. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the fields of genetics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals, is required.
· Familiarity with customer management systems or CRM tools. Experincie in Dynamics will be valued.
· Previous experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
· Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, Italian and english (spoken and written), with knowledge of Portuguese considered an asset.
· Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in genetics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
· Strong communication skills and a clear customer-focused approach.
