Your Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer support in Latvian across various channels (phone, email, chat)

• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining high customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience

• Working closely with team members to meet service goals and targets

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in Latvian (both written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
