Customer Support Specialist

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
• Document actions in CRM systems and follow established protocols

Who You Are

• Professionally fluent in Norwegian, Danish, or Dutch
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Calm, resourceful, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Clean credit history required for banking-related roles
• Willing to work rotating shifts (for Dutch eCommerce role)
