Our customers include S&P 500 companies and law enforcement agencies in 80+ countries worldwide. Social Links is scaling rapidly, growing 2x annually, with the ambition of becoming a unicorn valued at $1B+.



We are looking for an experienced Customer Value Manager
for the EMEA market
to join our team! As a Customer Value Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to 



  • drive measurable customer impact across customer segments and use cases, 

  • accelerate the adoption of our products and 

  • ensure customer value realization. 


You will blend deep product and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and a keen interest in analytics and change management. You will work closely with strategic customers, collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and the Product Team, increasing Customer Value and supporting the development of customer centric Products.



The ideal candidate has:



  • Strong track record of 5+ years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Value Departments in a Software (ideally SaaS) Company or a Center of Excellence

  • Hands-on expertise in client delivery, project management and business development

  • Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems

  • Skillful in explaining complex concepts with simplicity and steering data-driven value generation and decision making for our customers and our company

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and one more European language

  • Excellent degree in Management, Business Information Systems or other business or Engineering related subjects

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding environment

  • Ideally, experience with OSINT, Cyber Sec, Forensic, Intelligence, or Lawful Interception



Your tasks will be:



  • Frame Value 

    • Translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Social Links use cases

    • Specify key areas where our products create value and how our customers can realize this value

    • Build business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging customer input, industry benchmarks and best practices



  • Realize Value

    • Enable customers so they can realise the framed value

    • Collaborate closely with strategic customers to ensure they are getting the most of our products based on use cases, workflows and product adoption

    • Derive and implement improvement measures for product adoption

    • Leverage learnings from strategic customers to small and medium sized customers



  • Sustain Value

    • Monitor and Optimize Customer Adoption of our products 

    • Collaborate closely with the Product Department in order to ensure our products are further developed according to customer needs

    • Build and refine analyses for key customer segments

    • Support the Customer Success Managers and Account Executives developing and documenting Customer Success Stories
