CX Onboarding Specialist Small Accounts Italian Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Junior Onboarding Specialist Small Accounts for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level. You’ll help our new customers get up and running smoothly with Factorial ensuring our clients use the platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs.

About the team

Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. If you’re passionate about people and love turning a challenge into a great experience, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Guide New Clients to Success: Keep track of your assigned new accounts in the Italian market and help them complete their initial setup smoothly and on time.
• Smart & Quick Support: Answer setup questions via chat/ticketing and email so clients can get answers fast without waiting for a meeting.
• Friendly Rescue Calls: When a client gets stuck or inactive for a few days, jump on a meeting to help them unblock their setup and keep moving forward.
• Work with AI & Automation: Learn to use modern AI tools and automated triggers that help you detect when a client needs help before they even ask!
• Team Handover: Keep the CRM updated with basic client notes so the whole process is registered and the rest of the team knows exactly how to support them after onboarding.

What are we looking for?

• Passionate About Helping Others: You genuinely enjoy solving problems for clients and giving them a great experience.
• Clear Communicator: You can explain simple setup steps clearly by text, short videos, or quick phone calls.
• Fast Learner & Tech-Curious: You pick up software tools quickly and are excited to learn how AI and automation work in a real business environment.
• Organized & Proactive: You like keeping your daily tasks in order and don't wait for problems to fix themselves.
• Languages: Native/Proficient level of Italian is required. Fluent English (company language).
• Bonus: Previous experience in Customer Support, Client Success, or a fast-paced environment is a plus, but passion and eagerness to learn matter most!
