Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Client Service Representative in a remote capacity, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Greece! Embrace the opportunity to work with a supportive team while enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle.

As a key member of our client services team, you will leverage your language skills to assist Czech-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role offers you the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while making a real impact on client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support to our Czech-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions in our system for effective follow-up.
  • Partnering with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of client challenges.
  • Keeping up to date with our products and services to provide informed support.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Fluent in Czech (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in service.
  • Willingness to take advantage of paid relocation to Greece for this role.
