Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide information on accommodation options, pricing, and promotions available on Booking.com.
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to their bookings and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of customer queries.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to Booking.com services.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
