Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and sales activities.
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Working Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is appreciated, especially during onboarding.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech
• Fluent English
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center
• Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments
• Must already reside in Spain
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
