Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Customer Support Representative for a leading Domestic Appliance Company, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will become an integral part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers. Your expertise and commitment will help ensure that clients receive the highest level of service as they navigate their inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for domestic appliance products.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and services to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support or service roles, ideally in the appliances or electronics sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• A genuine interest in domestic appliances and a passion for helping customers.
