Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, EV Charging – Málaga (Soho), start ASAP

About the role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Soho, Málaga Centro. The role is permanent, office-based, and starts as soon as possible.

You’ll support customers of a fast-growing Danish eMobility company with an award-winning electric vehicle (EV) charging platform. Its software and apps let EV drivers find, start and pay for charging across Europe, with access to more than a million charge points. It also runs charging networks for businesses, fleets and energy companies. If you want to work on the green transition rather than only read about it, this is the place.

Relocating to Spain is welcome. If you’re an EU citizen, we’ll help you get your NIE number and handle the first admin steps.

What you’ll do

  • Support Danish EV drivers and business customers by phone, chat and email
  • Help with charging sessions, app and account questions, payments and billing
  • Troubleshoot charging issues step by step, often while the driver is standing at the charger
  • Explain technical topics in simple, clear and friendly language
  • Log, track and follow up on cases so every customer gets a proper resolution
  • Work with internal technical teams to solve more complex issues

Requirements
  • Native or fluent Danish (C1 or higher), written and spoken
  • Good English
  • Comfortable with computers and apps, and quick to learn new systems
  • An interest in EVs or technology is a plus. You don’t need a technical background, because full training is provided
  • Calm, patient and solution-focused, even with a frustrated customer stuck at a charger
  • Flexible about working hours: the support line is open 7 days a week, 07:00–23:00, so you’ll work shifts, including a maximum of 2 weekends per month
  • Legally able to work in Spain and available to start ASAP

Working hours & environment

  • Office in Soho, Málaga Centro
  • Full-time permanent Spanish contract (contrato indefinido), 39 hours per week
  • Rotating early, mid and late shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, 7 days a week, with a maximum of 2 weekends per month
  • Salary: 1,800 EUR gross per month, rising to 1,900 EUR after 6 months and 2,000 EUR after 12 months
  • Support channels: phone, email and chat
  • Structured training and onboarding
  • No relocation package, but help with the NIE number and settling-in paperwork for EU citizens
