Your Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Act as a professional and confident ambassador for a leading Scandinavian insurance company.
• Lead Qualification: Proactively engage potential customers to identify their interest and specific insurance needs.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings directly into the calendars of insurance experts (the final sales process is handled by the experts).
• Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive team culture where collective success is prioritized.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high communication standards and follow internal procedures for effective outreach.

Requirements

• Languages: Native-level fluency in Danish and a good understanding of English.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of general work experience (sales background mandatory).
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
• Skills: Comfortable with outbound calling and telemarketing; strong computer navigation and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Self-driven, results-oriented, results-focused, and curious with a willingness to learn.
