IT Security & Networking Specialist (Internal Mobility)

We are currently looking for an IT Security & Networking Specialist to join Prosol, a Bechtle Group company specialized in infrastructure, communications, and cybersecurity solutions.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in audits, deployments, and migrations of Security and Networking solutions within enterprise environments.

This role focuses on end-to-end technical delivery, from preparation and planning through implementation, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

You will work on projects involving leading technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Cato, and others, collaborating with presales teams, project managers, and customer technical teams to deliver robust and secure solutions aligned with best practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute deployments and migrations, including firewall migrations, configuration adaptation, validation, and testing.


• Perform staging and initial configuration tasks, including licensing, firmware/OS upgrades, and baseline setup.


• Implement and operate networking solutions, including switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, and WiFi environments.


• Configure and validate security controls such as policies, NAT, VPNs, inspection, logging, and reporting.


• Conduct functional and performance testing and support post-production validation activities.


• Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to customer technical teams.

Your Profile

✅ At least 4 years of proven experience in Security, Cybersecurity, and/or Networking projects.

✅ Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technologies or vendors:

Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Aruba, Meraki, Arista, Cato

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Firewalling / NGFW


• VPN technologies (site-to-site and remote access)


• Routing & Switching


• VLANs and network troubleshooting


• Enterprise WiFi environments

✅ Experience working with procedures, technical documentation, and quality-focused service delivery.

Nice to Have

• Vendor certifications related to the technologies mentioned above.


• Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS2, ENS, or ISO 27001.


• Good level of technical English.
