Data Center Project Manager - Medium Voltage

Location: Zaragoza, Spain \u2013 Remote during onboarding, then hybrid (up to 50% on-site). Our solutions span power distribution from medium to low voltage equipment, UPS systems, and battery technologies, all integrated with advanced automation and monitoring systems like DCIM and EPMS.\n\nAs Data Center Project Manager, you\u2019ll own the full project lifecycle\u2014from order intake through implementation and construction to handover\u2014ensuring scope, cost, and risk are managed effectively. You\u2019ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions across multiple manufacturing locations.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order to handover, covering design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure in Medium Voltage projects.\n * Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular meetings to align all stakeholders.\n * Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation of issues.\n * Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.\n * Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning.\n * Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing.\n * Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering; accredited Project Management certification with construction site focus is advantage.\n * Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with hands-on Data Centre/Medium Voltage infrastrucre projects; experience in large industrial projects with automation and controls considered. \n \n\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Strong electrical engineering background and/or training in datacenter/medium voltage technologies and systems.\n * Direct experience with Medium Voltage realted Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems is a plus.\n * Professional level of English language, other European language knowledge is considered as advantage.\n * Driving license and able to work and travel within EMEA region without any restrictions.\n * Advanced-level expertise, preferably with knowledge of datacenter industry or similar technologies.\n * Proven ability to lead and manage internal and external teams effectively.\n * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n\n\n## We offer\n\n * Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.\n * Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion \u0026 Diversity and Sustainability (Foster an inclusive culture with a strategic goal to increase a female representation including in Leadership)\n * Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system\n * Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
