Data Engineer Analyst

What we offer:

• Interact with senior stakeholders at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change

• Become the go-to person for end-to-end data handling, management, and analytics processes.

• Lead your team in creating the pipeline for Data management, data visualization, and analytics products, including automated services, and APIs.

What you will do

• Contribute to the implementation of the technical roadmap of our clients, aligning with the overall technology and architecture guidelines.

• Support the development and maintenance of data platforms and pipelines, ensuring technical and non-technical components integrate effectively to meet business needs.

• Collaborate in the development of digital solutions using Python, Spark, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

• Apply best practices and follow established digital frameworks and coding standards to ensure technical consistency.

• Learn from senior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions to continuously grow your technical skills.

• Assist in building data insights and analytics components, such as dashboards, data transformations, and integrations, often in collaboration with data science and business teams.

• Participate in project activities, helping to evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical tasks alongside more experienced team members.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related technical field

• 2–3 years of experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines

• Practical knowledge of Azure services: Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks

• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling (3NF, ODS, Data Marts)

• Proficient in SQL for data transformation and analysis

• Experience with Python (ideally PySpark) and scripting languages such as Bash

• Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control platforms

• Basic understanding of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
