What will you do?

Ensure that all customers are treated in a professional and personalized manner.

Provide customer information on all courses and perform customer service duties.

Checking Golf reservations, advance confirmation of reservations.

Selling golf items and advising customers on purchases.

Performing tasks related to billing and collection. As well as careful handling of the cash register and balancing of the same.

Follow up on daily news and provide solutions to any incidents that may arise.

Receive, process and direct customer complaints to their Department Head or to Management.

Conduct inventory of products sold in the store in accordance with established standards.

Placing merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness of store shelves.

- Driving license and own vehicle.

- At least 1 year related experience.

- High level of English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

- Commercial and customer oriented skills.

- Knowledge of Golf
