About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional from the fintech or payment systems sector with solid experience in operational financial management and a proven track record of designing and managing Jira workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building processes from scratch, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, establish, and improve financial and operational processes in a scalable format
• Digitize and automate processes: from calculations to reporting
• Manage and administer processes in Jira: boards, automation, SLAs, execution control
• Optimize Excel/Google Sheets tools: pivot tables, Power Query, calculation logic, formulas, occasionally VBA
• Participate in building end-to-end reporting related to payments, balances, invoices, refunds, etc.
• Collect and analyze data, establish control points and monitoring systems
• Work with internal and external stakeholders: finance, accounting, development, product
• Ensure transparency and efficiency of processes on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech / payment systems
• At least 3 years in operational financial management
• Ability to build processes from scratch and improve them systematically
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; macros preferred
• Hands-on experience with Jira: structuring tasks, setting up automations, SLAs, dashboards
• Understanding of fintech specifics: payments, transactions, refunds, merchants
• Flexible approach and focus on results rather than just processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to set tasks independently
• English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation
