The Digital Learning Intern is a perfect role for a graduate student who is passionate about people and organizational development.

You will be part of the global Digital Learning Team, part of Global Digital Clients Platform department, reporting to the Senior Digital Learning Manager. As we continue to support the growth journey of both the TMF Group, its Clients and the 10,000+ colleagues, there is an exciting opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a variety of technical design and e-learning projects to understand our digital client platforms and how to contribute via effective e-learning to support interactions via these tools between our Cients ad TMF Group. 

As an intern, you will be working for the Global Digital Learning Team, you will learn how our Digital Platforms work, and create e-learning to support the new users of these platforms. You will also be requested to update with the new features the existing e-learning material, put a structure to it and maintain the resources in our learning platforms. In addition, this internship provides an opportunity to work on a master thesis or research topic if you would like to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the global Digital Client Platforms department
• Support our regular operations:
  > Create digital learning content: scripts, and visual content (e-learning) following the directions from the senior team members and using our standard content development tools
  > Help in team scheduling and reporting of the digital learning events
  > Design and implement updates to the existing e-learnings in accordance to the release calendar of the platforms
  > Create heads up, promotion material, logos and any other support material/communication that promotes e-learning material internally within TMF group and externally for our Clients
  > Support the team in any maintenance activities for training platforms
  > Upload and test organization of e-learning material on the newly created Knowledge Centre digital platforms
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Current student in any related bachelors or masters degree (needed for stablishing an internship agreement between the university and TMF)
• Availability for at least 30h/week (ideally 40 hours/week)
• Availability for at least 6 months (starting in June, July or September) 
• Fully proficient spoken and written English - all material needs to be created in English
• We are looking for a person who likes technology, applications and also likes to explain how they work to others via short instructional videos.
• Inquisitive and analytical mind with ability to learn new applications actively and translate them to logical, easy to follow e-learning material.
• A person with the ability to translate complex and abstract concepts into meaningful, clear and attractive training material.
• Creative person who likes leveraging technology to make e-learning attractive and interesting.
• Someone that works effectively in a virtual environment with minimum supervision.
• Experience developing content in Camtasia, Audiate or Canvas tools would be a plus.
