Digital Product Designer

As a Product Designer at North, you’ll support the design of digital products end-to-end, working alongside other designers, product managers, and developers. You’ll contribute to research, UX, and UI design, helping bring user-friendly and visually polished solutions to life. We’re looking for someone eager to grow, collaborate, and take ownership of their work while learning from the team.

As a Product Designer at North, you will…

• Work with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Justify and present design decisions in front of key stakeholders.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test ideas.
• Design high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in Figma.
• Iterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users.
• Ensure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to our design system.

Ideally, you’ll bring…

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI).
• Good understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in real projects.
• Business mindset, understanding how design decisions impact product and business goals.
• Solid visual/UI design skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills (Spanish & English) and ability to explain your design choices.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to keep learning and improving.
