Client facing role, responsible for building a strong relationship with assigned clients backed on an excellent execution and a strong capacity to understand the client's business and digital environment
Client Success Managers are expected to strategically grow accounts by building strong relationships and asking the right questions during weekly client meetings.
Take full ownership and manage the complete Digital Pure Players client portfolio, ensuring continuous business growth.
Be completely responsible for the MS P&L of your clients, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and maximizing margins across all existing projects.
Proactively grow the business by building powerful new relationships. Lead winning proposals for both current clients and new medium-to-large global accounts.
Define bulletproof short and long-term growth plans.
Act as the absolute expert on your clients' business, their specific sector, and their competitor landscape.
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with large, multinational clients. Guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction and engagement.
Be accountable for all internal processes and procedures required to crush your clients' budgets and KPIs.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Directors, Managers and Planners, taking charge of their OKRs and professional development.
Work directly and closely with the DPP team promote operational efficiency and team synergy.
Promote, and inspire your team through the core Making Science Values in every decision and interaction.
Deep, specialized knowledge of Digital Pure Players' business models, e-commerce, and advanced digital marketing strategies to confidently lead digital transformation conversations.
Proven background in managing top-tier global accounts, with strict, hands-on experience handling P&L, budget forecasting, and complex KPI achievement.
A strong track record of driving revenue growth, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and leading winning proposals for medium-to-large enterprise clients.
Leadership & Talent Development: Solid experience managing, mentoring, and scaling Sales and Account Management teams, with a clear focus on setting OKRs and driving professional growth.
C-Level Consulting & Influence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, acting as a trusted advisor capable of leading high-level strategic discussions with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
