Job Description:

Your Impact in this role:

• Shape and drive the global digital workplace architecture, ensuring a secure, scalable, and consistent employee experience across all environments
• Improve productivity and user experience by modernizing workplace technologies, automation, and endpoint management
• Act as the architectural bridge across IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to align workplace solutions with enterprise strategy

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design and evolve end-user computing environments (devices, VDI, mobile, collaboration platforms)
• Define architecture principles, standards, and roadmap aligned with enterprise and security frameworks
• Lead deployment of modern workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, Teams, SharePoint)
• Drive automation (provisioning, patching, configuration, application deployment)
• Ensure security, compliance, and integration with broader IT architecture
• Oversee vendors, service delivery, and SLA performance
• Evaluate technologies and suppliers (RFI/RFP) and guide implementation decisions

What you bring to the table:

• 8+ years in digital workplace, EUC, or IT architecture roles
• Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Windows, Intune, VDI, identity & access management)
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, Python) and cloud desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365)
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and IT service management (ITIL)
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, global environments
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, security, or cloud technologies
