Digital Workplace Specialist

As Digital Workplace Specialist at Adevinta you'll provide expertise and leadership in the roadmap, design, configuration, and management of the end-to-end modern workspace experience including all corporate owned EUC or BYOD devices and associated supporting management services.

What you'll do

• Provide L3 Technical and Operational ownership and guidance across the End-user Computing / Modern Workspace services and environment
• Develop and maintain EUC and Modern Workspace road map
• Design, enhance and implement the End-user Compute platform and infrastructure
• Design and plan roll out of major upgrades for core EUC solutions
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports as required to include, but not exhaustive to infrastructure usage, growth, capacity planning
• Ensure IT systems are fully documented to audit changes and updates and to support business change and operations.
• Plans, organises, and manages technical support for relevant technologies
• Drive the architecture efforts in Digital Workplace platforms
• Support transition into a modern workplace
• Designing, enhancing and implementing the End-user Computer platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience
• Ensuring alignment of solutions evolution with the overall IT architecture landscape

Who you are

• 3-5 years' experience of EUC technical leadership
• Experience managing large fleet of mobile devices using an MDM or UEM
• Expertise in management of MDM platforms VMware Workspace ONE UEM and Intune
• Strong experience with Powershell, VBS, BAT, Applescript, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience with Azure A/D; Office 365 Admin; Google Suite; IDPs (e.g. Okta); MFA; Android, iOS, MAC, and Chromebooks Operating systems ; Configmgr Software distribution
• Senior level experience with Microsoft Windows (10 & 11), Azure Virtual Desktop, Apple macOS and iOS, Google Android, and Chrome OS, Microsoft Group Policy configurations, OS image provisioning and deployment (AutoPilot, OSD, Task Sequencing)
• Experience leading and implementing Identity Management Services: Microsoft AD, Azure AD, as related to enterprise desktop, applications, mobile and infrastructure services.
