Role overview

The Direct Brands Marketing Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior marketing, media, and brand decision-makers across Europe to create new commercial opportunities for Titan OS. This role focuses on engaging priority advertisers, positioning Titan OS's advertising offering - including CTV inventory, homepage advertising, FATS channels, and OS-level data - and driving meaningful interactions that translate into business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with senior marketing, media, and brand leaders at direct brands.
• Create and secure brand meetings, presentations, roundtables, dinners, and other commercial opportunities.
• Present Titan OS advertising solutions, including homepage advertising, CTV inventory, FAST channels, and OS-level data.
• Work closely with sales teams and agencies to turn brand interest into real advertising revenue.
• Track meetings, next steps, pipeline progress, and brand feedback.

Key KPIs

• Revenue generated from key direct brands.
• Brand-driven briefs created.

• Strong existing network with direct brands, ideally in Automotive, FMCG, Luxury, Retail, Finance or Travel
• Experience in media, advertising, CTV, digital video, brand partnerships, or agency-side client leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and create real business opportunities.
• Proactive and persistent attitude, with the ability to build a new function from the ground up.
• Highly organised and structured in outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Fluent English required. Spanish and/or other European languages are a plus.
• Based in Barcelona, with a willingness to travel when needed.
