Descripción del trabajo - Direct Service Technician

We are looking for a person to be responsible for the Direct Attention of the new office that Vicomtech plans to open in Bilbao. Among the tasks to be developed, would be:

Attending the reception of the office
Travel management of the organization's personnel
Coordinate the agenda of management staff
Management of personnel expenses
Purchasing management
Coordination with other general services of the Center

Candidates must have:

Education : Degree in Management Assistance (ISSA) or similar.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar tasks as described above.
- Clear orientation to work towards objectives and proactive attitude.
- High flexibility and adaptability, initiative and learning ability
- Excellent integration and teamwork skills
Languages : Basque (advanced spoken and written level B2) and English (advanced spoken and written level B2).
Computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), Trello, Drive, Teams
