• Participate in annual business planning, forecasting, meetings with stakeholders, system trainings, report analysis, and profit and loss management;
• Hold meetings with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendations on products and services aligned with their goals;
• Discuss strategies and prepare action plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction;
• Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in existing operations;
• Develop and implement sales strategies focused on new products, services, and markets;
• Organize promotional events to increase sales potential and generate interest in products;
• Provide and implement suggestions to improve existing systems and internal procedures;
• Actively participate in budget analysis, preparation of annual budget plans, and expense planning;
• Lead the preparation, updating, and communication of departmental guidelines and procedure documents to staff;
• Update quarterly action plans and financial objectives to achieve established sales targets;
• Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information regarding events and group reservations with relevant departments;
• Define and implement effective strategies to achieve annual sales goals;
• Build and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with local and governmental suppliers to optimize revenues.
