DMD Internal Control Specialist

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a DMD Internal Control Specialist to join its managed services project in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the daily internal control management of DMD business, sort out and optimize business processes, and ensure the compliance of project delivery and service operation;
  

• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal and project management to promote the implementation of internal control systems and compliance norms;
  

• Follow up the whole process of business compliance supervision, deal with compliance-related issues in a timely manner, and ensure that all businesses meet the company's internal control and regulatory requirements;
  

• Complete other internal control and compliance work assigned by the department.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Excel and other office software, with data processing and analysis capabilities.
  

• Basic knowledge of project finance controllers.
  

• Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven processes.
  

• Experience:
  

• Relevant work experience is preferred, especially in project management or finance controller.
  

• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills.
  

• Other Requirements:
  

• Highly responsible and detail-oriented.
  

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  

• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish (both written and spoken).
