DP Confectionery / DP-SNP Canarias

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our Demand & Supply Planning – Confectionery team. 

Key points of the position 

• Location: Head Office – Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona)


• Business: Nestlé Spain 


• Contract type: Full-time


• Work type: Hybrid 

What will be your main objective? 

This role aims to:

1. Ensure the most accurate Demand Plan for the Countlines category in the Spanish market


2. Guarantee optimal Demand & Supply planning for Confectionery and Food categories in the Canary Islands, enabling best-in-class service at the lowest possible cost.

Main responsibilities 

• Develop, maintain, and improve an unconstrained Demand Plan.


• Manage Supply planning for Canary Islands DCs.


• Drive Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Guarantee stock coverage and manage KPIs. 

You will be a great fit if you have: 

• 3+ years of relevant operational experience in Supply Chain (DSP, CS, SC Development), Sales (KAM, CCSD), Marketing, or Finance (Business Planning).  


• Strong understanding and hands on experience in:  
  
  
  
  • Monthly Business Planning processes and tools
  
  
  • Roles and objectives of cross-functional teams (including all functions within Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) 
  
  
  
  


• Knowledge of the Nestlé organization at operational levels (internal candidates only), which is essential for successfully performing in the role.  


• Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.  


• Solid understanding of core DSP processes and deep knowledge of roles and responsibilities within Sales.  


• Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work with complex data.  


• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  


• Good knowledge of SAP, APO/SNP, and R3.  


• Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant analytical tools.
