What Youll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner

• Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure fast resolution

• Record customer interactions accurately in the system

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every step

What Were Looking For

• Native-level Dutch and strong English communication 

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude

• Great interpersonal skills and empathy

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
