Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Airline Loyalty Programme

We are hiring Dutch Customer Service Advisors!

As part of the development of our activity, ADM Value Barcelona is looking for native Dutch speakers to join a dedicated customer service team for the loyalty programme of a major international airline.

Tasks

As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for members of the airline's loyalty programme.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries by email and other communication channels.

Assisting customers with their loyalty accounts, miles and benefits.

Providing information about how miles can be earned, used and redeemed.

Handling and resolving enquiries related to bookings, customer accounts and loyalty programme services.

Providing clear, professional and personalised responses.

Following up on complex requests and complaints until they are resolved.

Ensuring a high-quality customer experience and contributing to member satisfaction.

Recording and updating customer information in CRM tools.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with an excellent customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

You are:

A native Dutch speaker with an excellent level of Dutch, both written and spoken.

Comfortable communicating with customers and focused on customer satisfaction.

Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented.

Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.

Able to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Able to communicate in English at a professional level.

Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, aviation or contact centres is a plus.

Benefits

Permanent contract (CDI).

Full-time position – 39 hours per week.

Working hours: 12:00–20:00.

Availability from Monday to Sunday.

Two days off per week according to the work schedule.

Location: Barcelona.

Initial training and full support during your onboarding.
