We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals with a native or fluent level of Dutch and a good level of English.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver accurate information and solutions following company procedures
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
• Maintain quality standards and productivity goals
• Work collaboratively with your team and management
YOUR PROFILE
• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2-C1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
• Availability to work on-site in Málaga, Madrid, Sevilla, or Barcelona
