As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll become part of one of our international customer support teams, helping customers through a variety of enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. You'll work with well-known international brands, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every customer receives the support they need.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the appropriate processes.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed customer records.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data security guidelines where applicable.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• A professional working and thinking level.
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
