Purpose of the Role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will partner with Dutch businesses and digital marketing agencies, helping them grow through effective Google Ads solutions.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, optimizing advertising strategies and driving measurable business results.

This is a target-driven sales environment, where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a high-performing international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Dutch advertisers on the best Google Ads solutions to improve performance and ROI

• Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners through a consultative approach

• Optimize and upsell Google Ads products based on client needs

• Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video calls and email

• Consistently achieve individual sales and performance targets

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level

• Fluent English

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (PPC / campaign optimization preferred)

• 0–1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or similar platforms

• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills

• Team player with a passion for marketing, technology and continuous learning

• Full-time position (39h/week, Monday–Friday)
