Introduction We are partnering with a leading global Outsourcing/BPO organization to recruit a Dutch-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their office in Málaga. In this high-level technical sales role, you will act as a Solution Area Specialist, driving growth for Microsoft Cloud services. Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities by leveraging advanced (Level 300) knowledge of Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Workplace, Data & BI, and Apps & Infra.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for Cloud services.
• Present compelling Microsoft Cloud value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
• Provide technical product overviews and deep insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
• Execute technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
• Conduct technical demonstrations over Microsoft Teams to showcase both technical and business value.
• Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure customers receive accurate cost projections.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the telesales team, conducting both group and one-on-one training.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.
• Stay current with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and competitor pricing through continuous research.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level proficiency in Dutch and B2/C1 level in English.
• 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development (presales experience preferred).
• Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a bonus); Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and technical architecture (Identity, Security, Compliance).
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution design and migration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Success-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
